General Terms & Conditions

  1. All offers should be in Indian Rupees and should include all taxes
  2. Offer validity should for 2 months from the date of opening the quotation
  3. VAT / Service Tax Registration / Income Tax PAN number should be mentioned
  4. Client references and contract details for similar works executed in the past should be mentioned.
  5. Pharmexcil reserves the right to split the job work to two or moreparties without assigning any reasons.

SCOPE OF WORK FOR OFFICIALTRAVEL PARTNER FORIPHEX 2016 TO BE HELD AT BOMBAY EXHIBITION CENTRE FROM 27-29 April 2016.

Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil) is organising an International Exhibition IPHEX 2016 in Mumbai and seeks Proposals from leading Indian Travel companies for official Travel Partner category.

  • Travel Partners should have provided similar services in atleast 3 large exhibitions at Bombay Exhibition Centre (8000 sqm and above) between 2012-2015 and should demonstrate a capability to handle 500 + room inventory of 3/4/5 star hotels.
  • The Travel Partner should have their own inhouse IATA agency for issue of Domestic / International Tickets.
  • The Travel Partner should have their own foreign exchange license for issue of foreign currency on site.

IPHEX 2016  will have 300 + exhibitors and 800 International buyers are expected to visit the event. Over 5000 Indian visitors will be attending IPHEX 2016.

For its internal requirements, Pharmexcil will give a minimum room guarantee along with an expected room requirement to the Travel partner which should be covered by a call in block.

The Travel partner will also handle exhibitor bookings and should have an inhouse payment collection mechanism for payment collection.

The travel partner should submit their profile along with two separate proposals for the following:

  1. All Rate should be on CPAI basis (Bed / Breakast / All Taxes basis)
  2. At least 3 hotels of each category should be offered
