IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  • bulletComputer generated invoice will be available immediately after reservation
  • bulletThe full and final payment of the total invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days from the date of stall booking (failing which reserved stall/s will get released automatically, without any further information and the stall/s will be auto assigned to the next in-line companies).
  • bulletYou are required to update the payment status online in the given format using your login id and password.
  • bulletPayment done against stall reservation will be non-refundable.
 
Note: Members/group companies are required to refrain from blocking stalls at various locations in different company names. Council exercises its right to release such bookings, without any notice to the members.
 
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Full refund is allowed in the following scenarios:

a. There is a change in venue or dates of the exhibitions due to which an exhibitor is unable to participate.

2. Refund of space rent / participation charges, on account of cancellationby the applicants after reserving a stall by themselves / waiting list allotment of space:

a. After successful realization of the participation charges into iPHEX account, then 100% stall charges money deposited will be forfeited, irrespective of the date of allotment of stall.

b. All requests are to be mandatorily madethrough email to accounts@iphex-india.com / sales@iphex-india.com.

3. All refunds shall be processed after the completion of the exhibition and may take up to two months time.
